The chain that was formed in front of Corcoran Hall down 21st Street. That cop standing by the building on the left side was the one who later tried to break through the chain as documented previously. Again, his name is Brittle. I confronted him on Monday, telling him that his name and picture of him committing acts of violence against peaceful protesters were up on the internet and people from all over the world were seeing it, I think it had an effect.
