Time found itself somewhere in mid-afternoon when we left the festivities and walked down 16th Street which has cafes and restaurants and is sort of an extension of both the Dupont Circle (where we live) and Adams Morgan neighborhoods. We've seen this guy around a couple of times. Watching the flags flutter in the wind as he drives down the street is a sight. He also has two little puppies that are little more than squirming little balls of fur, really cute. If you look close, you'll note the 'Kiss My Art' bumper sticker. |
