I met up with Charlene in front of the metro station and we headed over to the Farmer's Market on the neighboring street.

Usually, by the time both of us get up and gather ourselves for the day, the market is closing down, and all that's left are the unripe and too ripe fruits and vegetables that have been passed over for the last four hours. Today, we did nothing different- arriving during the last hour of the market, but for some reason, the stands were still overflowing with astonishingly colorful produce.
