09/27/2002 Entry: "Leica M3 + Digital = ???"
The Leica M3 is considered by many one of the finest cameras ever made. While the camera has not been manufactured in 35 years, people are still using their M3's on a daily basis, because the cameras are simply so well made.
Leica is one of those unique camera companies that would seem like an anachronism if it wasn't for some key advantages their cameras have: razor sharp lenses, unbelievably quiet operation, and small size. Still, the process of using a manual focus, manual exposure camera can be daunting to some.
Anyways, I find it fascinating that someone put a digital body into a miniaturized Leica M3.
